We are looking for a Residential Painters to provide revamp home rental properties. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Pay is $20/hr. Once hired on by the client, they offer 100% paid insurance, lots of perks, such as food and gifts.

Residential Painter Duties and Responsibilities

· Covering trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape & drop clothes

· Properly ventilating homes

· Scrape walls or use sandpaper to remove old paint

· Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing, filling holes & cracks with putty and sanding

· Apply primer & other sealers

· Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes

Residential Painter Requirements and Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Possess valid driver’s license and decent driving record

· Have your own vehicle

· Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Ability to pass criminal background check
